Supertech has been started under the leadership of Mr. R.K Arora. It was established in 1988 with a small residential project in Ghaziabad. Today, it has several projects spreading in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Haridwar, Rudrapur, Meerut, and Moradabad. With about 60,000 customers, delivering about 10,000 units and projects across 40 locations, Supertech Limited has set a new pinnacle in architectural finesse in the real estate industry. 

 

Recent Development:

 

Supertech chairman R.K. Arora had been elected as the President of the U.P. unit of realtor’s body Naredco in July 2020.

 

Naredco is on a special mission to complete all the delayed and stuck projects and delivering the flats to the allottees. The various representations to central and state governments are under consideration according to Mr. Arora.

 

He said he is being optimistic that the good old days will come back to the real estate sector where supply and demand will be enough to take the country’s economy to new horizons.

Mr. Arora has been immersed in setting up business initiatives and developing functions for Supertech Limited, and it's subsidiary companies. Supertech has reached big heights like an alliance with Radisson Hotels and Resorts, J.W Marriot Hotel, Country Inns and Suites, and Giorgio Armani and has launched a chain of hotels in Haridwar, Noida, and Meerut. 

 

The projects made under R.K Arora of Supertech have been highly recognized in the industry. He was awarded the “Udyog Ratna” in the year 2001. He received Real Estate Lifestyle Leadership Award in 2011. Building Industry leadership Award in 2011, Realty Excellence award in 2012, Zee News Jewels of Real estate Award 2012, NDTV Excellence and Innovation in Indian Real Estate Industry Award in 2013, Top Residential Space Developer NCR award in 2014 and Supertech was facilitated by Hon'ble Minister Venkaiah Naidu at NAREDCO awards in 2014.
